I don't usually write reviews for to many companies, but I find the customer service at C-PAP.COM exceptional, we got through to a live person very quickly, and Dasha S. Got our issue resolved very quickly without needing to get help from a superior. I'm really not used to this kind of service with most of the companies I deal with. Great job Dasha.

Alex's calm demeanor and knowledge was very comforting.
I once had a bad experience with a cpap unit I purchased from CPAP.COM and as soon as I called and spoke to one of the customer support team members I was totally relieved and was given a full refund no questions asked.
You will not find a better or more well trained group of CSR's than those at CPAP.COM.

Bought DreamStation Go May 31st. When it arrived I opened it so I could take it for set up. Set up delayed awaiting Dr. review of pressure levels. Machine NEVER used. Plastic still on machine. I had discarded the box. Recall happened one week after I received it. Because package had been opened they would not take it back because they "couldn't resell it". This was not an ordinary return request. It was because of the recall on equipment I had in my possession for barely a week. I think this company is extremely dishonorable and really has no concern for its clients..
The friendly service that I received from Camyatta actually made it fun to order the supplies I needed.????

I had a problem with my order (not CPAP.com's fault) and their representative straightened it out for me in a most efficient way that saved me money. Where else do you get that kind of 5-star service?

The customer service representative was extremely helpful, very patient in hearing out and resolving all the queries that I had. I am extremely satisfied the way she handled my case.
Upon talking to Kelsey about my problem, she was extremely helpful in solving my issue with a mask that I had ordered that was the wrong size. The process took only a few minutes and she was professional throughout the reordering. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.
The customer support representative Treonna was very helpful. She assisted me in having the name on my order corrected to match that in the prescription. I am looking forward to receiving my shipment soon.
It was so nice to be able to talk to someone who knows about the products. I ended up buying a different travel machine than I would have if I bought online and Kelsey directed me to the most popular nasal mask which I have been wanting to try.

Usually not, I've never needed a prescription for a mask. (CPAP user for 12 years now and I've bought them from this company.) This company allows you to return it within 30 days if it doesn't work for you. However, you do need a prescription for a CPAP machine. You can scan your prescription and upload it to the site.

Do not need rx for mask, but does require rx for purchase of CPAP or BIPAP or other medical devices. No rx needed for supplies. Great business, reps always ready to answer any questions and if memory serves, there's a 30 day trial period for masks, if you aren't satisfied, you can return for full refund.
